Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing his perceptions or impressions of performance (or results) and his expectations. In relation to attracting consumers, there are several factors that become a reference for consumers to be interested in buying or not buying the product. To determine the influence of these factors, a study was conducted with the objectives: (1) What are the characteristics of vegetable consumers in the online market of Palembang City, (2) What are the online market platforms used in purchasing vegetables in Palembang City, (3) How is the level of consumer satisfaction of vegetables in the city of Palembang? online market in Palembang City, (4) What are the factors that influence consumer satisfaction in buying vegetables at the online market in Palembang City. The research was conducted in the city of Palembang with a purposive site selection. Data collection was carried out in December 2021. The research method and sampling method were online survey methods and purposive sampling. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The study took 30 samples from 1,668,848 populations. The results of the study indicate that vegetable consumers in the city of Palembang are in the age range of 20 - 24 years; dominated by women; high school education level; dominated by IRT; and has an income range of Rp. 1-3 Million. The platform most often used by vegetable consumers in the online market in Palembang is Whatsapp. The level of consumer satisfaction is included in the PUAS category because it has a value of more than 60%. These factors have been shown to have a negative effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Characteristics, Platform, Level of Satisfaction and Factors.
