Descriptive research aims to find out the variety of plants, parts used, kinds of herbs and important values of plants that was used for treatment by the Pasemah Tribe, Sumbay Ulu Lurah Clan, Pajar Bulan District. The research was conducte from December 2021 to April 2022. Teknik sampling is a purposive sampling performed on 6 traditional healers. Data collection techniques use semi-structural interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed 62 spesies of plants (39 family) that were used for treatment. The parts of the plant used are leaves as many as 30 types of plants (48.38%), roots as many as 10 types of plants (16.12%),fruit as many as 8 types of plants (12.90), bark as many as 6 types (9.67%), all parts as many as 6 types (9.67%), tubers as many as 4 types (6.45%), rhizomes as many as 4 types (6.45%), sap and stems as many as 3 types (4.83), seeds as many as 2 types (3.22%), flowers and thorns as many as 1 type of plant (1.61%). The herb used as many as 33 types of herbs is useful to treat 40 kinds of diseases. The way of processing plants is boiled, mashed or ground, burned or roasted, used directly, shredded, kneaded, soaked or brewed and roasted. The important value of plants (use values) is 0.16-0.6. high UVs are owned by Orthosiphon aristatus (blume) miq., Piper betle L., Imperata cylindrica (L) Raeusch and Curcuma longa L. Research results can be contributed to the learning of high school biology class X in the form of booklet with the results of calculating the kappa coefficient of “1” is in the perfect category.
