This research purpose to find out the diversity of plant species in The Education Park of FKIP Sriwijaya University which are collected efficiently in a QR Code system so they can be accessed practically. The research has been doing from September to December 2021. This research method was development or Research and Development. The research model used in this development research is a 4D development model (four D models). The results of the research on plant species diversity find of 2 Class, 16 Ordo, 22 Famili, and 36 Species of vascular plants. The identification data is stored in blog site on internet. The uploaded data is made a QR Code that has been validated based on Research and Development and obtained valid results so that it can be accessed practically and efficiently. The results of the research contributed to the biology learning materials of Senior High School class X KD 3.8 presenting data on morphology and the role of plants in various aspects of life in the form of LKPD. The results of the LKPD validation which are calculated using the Kappa coefficient show the results which are in the eligible category for use.
