PENGARUH METODE EKSRAKSI TERHADAP KANDUNGAN GULA TOTAL, SERAT KASAR DAN AKTIVITAS ANTIDIABETES EKSTRAK DAUN TUMBUHAN APU-APU (Pistia stratiotes)
This study aims to determine the effect of differences in extraction methods on the polysaccharide content and antidiabetic activity of the leaf extract of the apu-apu (Pistia stratiotes) leaf extract. This research method was carried out experimentally in a laboratory using an extraction method consisting of 2 levels (high temperature extraction method and ultrasonic assisted extraction (UAE)) and was repeated 3 times. Then the data obtained were analyzed descriptively and performed a different test (Independent Sample t-Test). Parameters of the tests carried out included extract yield, total sugar content test and crude fiber content test as well as analysis of alpha-glucosidase inhibitory activity.
