This study aims to determine the impact of Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism on environmental preservation in Sindang Panjang Village, Lahat Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The subjects of this research are the manager of Agrotourism, the Sindang Panjang Village government, and the people of Sindang Panjang Village. Based on the indicators of the research results obtained are; 1) The positive impact of Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism is in accordance with the purpose of establishing the Agrotourism. As for the goal, namely preserving natural resources, maintaining environmental sustainability, and utilizing natural resources wisely in Sindang Panjang Village. 2) The negative impact of Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism consists of dependence on tourism because, the community depends on income with tourism. Furthermore, the seasonal nature of tourism consists of two, namely the rice crop and fruit harvest. In addition, Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism does not yet have a vision, mission, and organizational structure, so the steps to improve this are that the Agrotourism manager will make it after the development process is complete. The existence of agro-tourism from these two indicators can be concluded that the community can improve their standard of living, although the activities of planting rice and harvesting fruit can only be carried out in season. Various policies are carried out to maintain the beauty of nature by providing warning boards, garbage disposal sites, and replanting trees on bare land.
