PENYELENGGARAAN PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN KESETARAAN PADA SATUAN PENDIDIKAN NONFORMAL SKB KOTA PALEMBANG.
This study aims to explain the educational program at the Non-Formal Education Unit of SKB Palembang City. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The data was collected using observation, interview and documentation methods, the research subjects were the head of the SPNF SKB Palembang City, tutors, tutors, operators and learning residents. The research results obtained in this study are; 1) Learning planning at SPNF SKB Palembang City has been carried out well, with the form of planning in the form of analyzing the characteristics of learning citizens, calculating effective time allocations, analyzing learning materials, designing assessments, developing lesson plans, and developing lesson plans. 2) The implementation of learning has also been carried out well based on the oldest plan in the RPP. The implementation of the learning is carried out for six days, namely Monday to Saturday, face-to-face and courageous learning has also been arranged for implementation. 3) Evaluation of learning at SPNF SKB Palembang City has been carried out well, namely evaluation planning, evaluation implementation, monitoring evaluation results, reporting evaluation results and evaluating learning outcomes. The forms of evaluation carried out are in the form of exercises and assignments, mid-semester exams, end-of-semester exams, and educational exams. The implementation of learning at SPNF SKB Palembang City has been going well, this can be seen from all the activities that have been carried out starting from planning, and evaluating learning.
