The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brainstorming learning methods on student learning outcomes in writing article texts for class XII students of SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. This research is a quantitative research with a Quasi Exsperiment design. The sampling carried out in this study used purpose sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out by pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique in this study used IBM SPSS 24 For Windows. Based on the results of the analysis of research data, it was concluded that there was a significant influence between the brainstooming method on student learning outcomes, as can be seen from the missed hypothesis proposed and there was a significant difference in average student learning outcomes between the brainstorming method and conventional methods according to the hypothesis. This result answers the formulation of the problem posed, namely "is there an influence of brainstorming learning methods on the results of martial arts
