Communication is the process of delivering messages from the sender to the recipient of the message. Communication that occurs between one person to another is called interpersonal communication. This study aims to provide an overview of interpersonal communication in online learning for guidance and counseling students from the 2021 Sriwijaya University. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data were collected using a psychological scale regarding interpersonal communication. The research population was 87 respondents. The sample used is also 87 respondents with saturated sample technique. Data analysis in this study used the percentage. The results showed that the level of interpersonal communication in guidance and counseling students was mostly in the moderate position, namely 69%. While in the low category as much as 13% and as much as 18% are in the high category. So it can be concluded that interpersonal communication that occurs in guidance and counseling students of the 2021 class Sriwijaya University during online learning is in the medium category with further improvement.
