This research aims to describe the value of character education in the novel Anak Rantau written by A. Fuadi and the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method. The main steps taken by the researcher to collect the data were identifying 18 values of character education in the novel Anak Rantau written by A. Fuadi and the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy by underlining words or sentences, while the data analysis techniques used in this research were content analysis techniques. Based on the data analysis in the novel Anak Rantau written by A. Fuadi, it is found that there are 18 values of character education, and in the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy there are 18 values of character education. The novel Anak Rantau written by A. Fuadi the value of the most character education is hard work, curiosity and likes to read, while the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy the value of the most character education is religious, curiosity and likes to read.
