This study aims to determine the Strategy of the Directorate of Traffic in Implementing the Existence of Traffic E-TLE in accordance with Law No. 22 of 2009 in Palembang City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants or sources in this study were 5 people. The data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observations. The validity test of the data used includes a credibility test, a transferability test, a dependability test and a confirmability test. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the strategy of the South Sumatra Regional Police in implementing the existence of E-TLE in the city of Palembang is quite optimal, where the South Sumatra Regional Police Traffic Directorate has socialized the existence of E-TLE through television, radio and social media. Sending a ticket letter to the community before the E-TLE is valid so that the people of Palembang city obey traffic. Keywords: Strategy, Traffic Directorate , E-TLE Traffic
