ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL DAN SALURAN PEMASARAN JAMBU CITRA (Syzygium samarangense) DI DESA KENTEN LAUT KECAMATAN TALANG KELAPA KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
The purpose of this research were to (1) to calculate the income earned by water apple citra farmers in the village of Kenten Laut, Talang Kelapa Banyuasin District, (2) to analyze the level of financial feasibility of water apple farmers in the village of Kenten Laut, Talang Kelapa Banyuasin District, (3) to describe the marketing channel of water apple citra image which is in Kenten Laut Village, Talang Kelapa Banyuasin. This research was conducted in Kenten Laut Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency. This location selection was done intentionally or purposively. Data collection was carried out in March 2022 until it was completed. The research method used in this research is a case study. This study took 15 samples of farmers which are the total number of water apple citra image farmers in Kenten Laut Village. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that (1) the income obtained by farmers from the water apple citra image farming in Kenten Laut Village is Rp234.655.591 which is the total average income during the productive age of water apple citra image which is 15 years, (2) based on the financial feasibility analysis, water apple citra cultivation can be said to be feasible to cultivate. The results of the financial feasibility analysis carried out obtained the NPV value of Rp142.769.068, IRR of 30,67%, Gross B/C of 1,74, Net B/C of 3,69, Payback Period for 4 years 7 months and in the analysis sensitivity with the assumption of a 72% decrease in production and an increase in production costs of 54% of water apple citra image farming is still feasible, and (3) based on the research that has been done, there are two types of marketing channels for water apple citra image. Marketing channel I; farmers – middlemen (collectors) – wholesalers (agents) – retailers – consumers and marketing channels II; farmers – retailers – consumers.
