EVALUASI RANTAI PASOK AYAM KAMPUNG DI PASAR INDRALAYA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This study aims to determine the marketing lines for free-range chicken, market capacity, sources of kampung chicken suppliers in the Indralaya market and marketing margins. This research was carried out from March to April 2022 at the Indralaya Market, Ogan Ilir Regency. The samples used in this study were all components involved in the marketing chain of kampung chicken in the Indralaya market, which consisted of collectors and retailers. This research is a descriptive survey research. Data was collected by using interview techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained in this study were processed qualitatively and quantitatively, and presented in the form of descriptions and tabulations of numbers. Data processing is done by descriptive method. The parameters observed were the analysis of marketing lines, chicken holding capacity, source of suppliers and marketing margins of kampung chickens. The conclusion of this study shows that the Indralaya market has 2 marketing lines, that is 1 level marketing and 2 level marketing, the market is also able to sell 63 kampung chickens every day. The cage in the market can accommodate as many as 240 chickens. Most of the local chicken suppliers come from the Indralaya area. The marketing margin in line 1 shows the smallest cost margin and the largest profit margin so that this line shows the largest cost benefit ratio. So it can be concluded that the first marketing line is the most efficient line because it has the smallest cost and big profit.
