Background: Joint disorders are more coramon in the shoulder joint is a frozen shoulder. A pain in patients with frozen shoulder made a motion at the shoulder is limited, a which one therapy for patient frozen shoulder is therapy diathermy. This research was conducted to determine the level of improvement frozen shoulder pain in patients who received diathermy therapy. Methods: The type of research in this study is pre quasi experimental,by means of design one group pre test-post test. The sample in this research was selected by consecutive sampling. Data analysis was performed using paired t test. Results: The Subjects of this study who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria are 26 people. The results showed that there were significant differences of improvement pain to frozen shoulder patient after therapy diathermy. Conclusion: From these results of this study it can be concluded that there were significant of improvement pain and describe the characteristic frozen shoulder patient.
