The occupational safety and health management system is one of the most important things in a company to reduce the number of work accidents. This study aims to determine how the implementation of occupational safety and health management systems in SMEs engaged in the welding sector in Indralaya District. In addition, this research that uses a combination method with the Concurrent Triangulation model is also to look at the discipline and policies of occupational safety and health in the workplace. The results of this study indicate that, overall, MSMEs engaged in the welding sector in Indralaya District have implemented an occupational health and safety management system that is quite good. However, there are several things that must be addressed, such as discipline in the use of personal protective equipment and regarding the installation of occupational safety and health signs.
