To implement the study at home in MTs Al-Mashri Pangkalan Balai, this study intends to ascertain the teacher's technique for boosting students' enthusiasm for learning. It approaches phenomenological research with a qualitative methodology. The participants in this study were teachers of MTs. Al-Mashri and sampling used a purposive sampling technique to collect a sample of five people. Documentation, interviewing, and observation procedures were used to get the data. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests are all part of the validity assessment of the data used. The methods for data analysis employed are reduction, presentation, and conclusion-making. According to the study's findings, MTs A-Mashri implemented a study at home, which clarifies the implementation process for learning, and compiled learning tools and resources as part of the teacher's approach to increase student enthusiasm in learning. Then, modify the time, systematically deliver the material, pay attention to the students, and build virtual learning-related dialogue. Then, choosing various learning media and approaches becomes crucial, along with ensuring instructor preparedness. Students also have problems while implementing online learning, such as the lack of communication tools, high internet usage costs, unstable networks, and deteriorating student behavior. The teacher then calls the offending student to personally approach and establish a line of communication with them and their parents to learn more about their development.
