KECERNAAN SILASE SERBUK PELEPAH SAWIT DAN LUMPUR SAWIT YANG DISUPLEMENTASI MINERAL MIX SECARA IN VITRO
This study was conducted to determine the digestibility of palm midrib powder and Solid Ex-Decanter supplemented with a mineral mixture in vitro. This research started from January to March 2022 at the Laboratory of the Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of the Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method consist of 3 treatments and 5 repitations included oil palm frond spowder silage and Solid Ex-Decanter as control (P0), oil palm fronds powder silage and Solid Ex-Decanter as control supplemented by 1% Mineral Mix (P1) and oil palm fronds powder silage and Solid Ex-Decanter as control supplemented by Mineral Mix 2% (P2). The Parameters observed included Dry Matter Digestibility, Organic Matter Digestibility, Crude Fiber Digestibility and Crude Protein Digestibility were analyzed with the help of SPSS software and Duncan’t Test. The results of this study showed that with the addition of Mineral Mix in oil palm fronds powder silage and Solid Ex-Decanter had significantly different but decreased value and Dry Matter Digestibility, Crude Protein Digestibility and Crude Fiber Digestibility while increasing in Organic Matter Digestibility
