The covid-19 pandemic has made the agricultural sector abnormal, which has caused a crisis, which has an impact on the level of welfare of farmer households. The objectives of this study are (1) Calculating the income of rice farmers in Mulia Sari Village before and during the covid-19 pandemic, (2) Analyzing the Exchange Rate of Rice Farmers in Mulia Sari Village before and during the covid-19 pandemic, and (3) Analyzing changes in the household welfare of rice farmers in Mulia Sari Village due to the covid-19 pandemic. The selection of the location of this study was carried out deliberately (Purposive). The method used in this study is the survey method. The study was conducted in March 2022 with 45 respondents. The sampling method used in the purposive sampling method is the purposive sampling method. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method uses mathematical calculations and is analyzed with a t-test (Paired Sample T-test). The results showed that the income of rice farmers before and during the covid-19 pandemic in Mulia Sari Village decreased by Rp19,626,906 to Rp15,771,006 or 19.65 percent. The exchange rate of rice farmers in Mulia Sari Village before the covid-19 pandemic was 114.53 with the prosperous category and decreased by 16.93 percent to 97.60 during the covid-19 pandemic with the category of not being prosperous. Based on the results of the t test for changes in the level of welfare of rice farmers, it shows that the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 means that the sig (2-tailed) value < 0.05 states the rejection of H0, namely that there is a significant change in the level of household welfare of rice farmers in Mulia Sari Village due to the covid-19 pandemic.
