ABSTRACT This Research aims to prove the effect of the Resource Based Learning model on student learning outcomes in economic subjects at UPT Public Senior High School 1 of Ogan Ilir. This research is an experimental study with a Pre-Experimental design in the form of a One Group Prestest Postest Design. The population in this research was class X IPS Public Senior High School 1 of Ogan Ilir an the sample was class X IPS2 wich is amounted to 28 students as the experimental class. Data collection techniques used in the form of tests and observations. Data analysis techniques for student learning outcomes were obtained from Prettest and Posttest, and observation data analysis was obtained from observation when applying the Resource Based Learning model.
