ANALISIS KUALITAS BAKTERIOLOGI DAN HIGIENE SANITASI AIR MINUM PADA DEPOT AIR MINUM ISI ULANG DI KECAMATAN KALIDONI DAN SUMBANGANNYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI DI
Research on the quality of drinking water produced at the refill drinking water depot in Kalidoni district has been carried out with the aim of knowing the microbiological quality and sanitation hygiene of refilled drinking water. The research was carried out using a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach with a total sampling technique, namely sampling and observation and interview data were carried out at the same time. Data collection in this study includes two aspects, namely the microbiological quality of drinking water and the quality of sanitation hygiene. Data collection on microbiological quality aspects uses laboratory examinations using the MPN test method which refers to the 2012 WHO water quality monitoring program using microbiological parameters in the form of the total value of Coliform and E.coli bacteria while the sanitation hygiene quality aspect takes the form of surveys using hygiene observation sheets. The results of the study for the microbiological quality of drinking water showed that the total coliform bacteria from 8 depots with MPN index values per 100 ml respectively were 43/100 ml, >1100/100 ml, >1100/100 ml, >1100/100 ml, >1100 /100 ml, 539.6/100 ml, 427.6/100 ml, >1100/100 ml. the complete test is positive for fecal coliform bacteria. Data from the research on the quality of sanitation hygiene showed that only 68.75% of the depots met the sanitation hygiene requirements, namely 6 depots, out of 8 refill drinking water depots. The results of this study will be donated in the form of a non-experimental student worksheet (LKPD) in Basic Competence (KD) 3.11 to analyze data on environmental changes, their causes and impacts on health in Biology subjects in SMA class X even semesters.
