This experimental study aims to determine whether there is an effect of applying the Problem Based Learning model on student learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Teritip on March 10-30 May 2021. The samples used as much at two classes, using a quasi experimental design method with a nonequivalent control group design type. The technique of analysis data are the mean difference test, simple regression analysis, analysis of the influence among variables and coefficient of determination.
