PENGARUH MARKETPLACE SHOPEE TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENJUALAN PADA UMKM DI PALEMBANG
This study aims to prove the influence of the Shopee Marketplace on increasing sales of MSMEs in Palembang. This study uses quantitative research using data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study obtained that there was an influence of the Shopee Marketplace on increasing sales at MSMEs in Palembang. The magnitude of the influence of the Shopee Marketplace on increasing sales of MSMEs in Palembang is 78% in the high category. As for the Shopee Marketplace, the trust indicator is 74% in the medium category, the convenience indicator is 79% in the high category, and the security indicator is 75% in the highest category. Meanwhile, for the increase in sales, the product indicator obtained as a percentage of 78%, the sales volume indicator was 87% in the very high category, and the operating profit indicator was 75% in the high category. It is recommended that the features and facilities of the Shopee Marketplace continue to be updated in order to attract many sellers, especially MSMEs, to be able to use the Shopee Marketplace to increase their sales.
