PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) KESEHATAN DI INDRALAYA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This study aims to determine the public's perception of the service quality of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population of this study amounted to 250 people using simple random sampling technique with an error rate of 10%, so the sample in this study became 25 people. Documentation, questionnaires and interviews were used as data collection techniques. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the public's perception of the service quality of the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency was positive, with an average score of 78.9% () 62.5%. Recapitulation obtained from tangible dimensions 82.2%, Reliability 78.5%, Responsiveness 77.5% Assurance 78% and Empathy 78.6%. it has been determined previously that a score of 62.5% has a positive perception criterion and a score of 62.5% has a positive perception criterion.
