Rubber plant is an annual plant that plays an important role in the national economy. This study aims to examine the application of land sanitation and POC mixture of pineapple peel and papaya waste on latex production and its effect on pH and NPK in soil. The design in this study was a split plot design with 2 levels of weeding treatment and 5 levels of dose treatment so that 10 combination units were repeated 3 times and the data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). If the calculated F is greater than the F table 5%, the treatment has a significant effect on the observed variables, then continued with the 0.05 BNT test to see the level of treatment that causes a real difference in response. The results showed that the interaction between the application of land sanitation and various doses of POC affected the production of latex and soil NPK. The treatment of weeding + 40 mL of POC/L water was the treatment with the best rubber sap production. P3 treatment (30 mL POC/L water) was the best dose for total soil N and P soil, P1 treatment (10 mL POC/L water) was the best dose for soil pH and P0 treatment (0 mL POC/L water) is the best dose for soil K.
