DETERMINAN DAN KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP PEMBELIAN KERIPIK SINGKONG DI SUPERMARKET KOTA PALEMBANG
The study's destinations are 1) Describe general behavior of consumer chips cassava in Palembang City supermarket. 2) Analyze factors that only affect consumers purchasing cassava chips in Palembang City supermarkets. 3) Studying attribute that becomes a preference consumer in purchasing chips cassava in Palembang City supermarket. Theory consumption is used for knowing factors that only affect the pattern consumption of the consumer. Chips cassava multinational is chips cassava for sale by large with the brand already famous. Chips UMKM cassava is chips cassava in general for sale; however, sales are not yet equally to all the places, and the brand is only renowned in a city-specific. The method used in a study is studies case with the technique of accidental sampling. Implementation study this conducted During the period April 2022 with 60 consumers consisting of 30 consumers chips cassava multinational and 30 consumers chips SMEs cassava. Method data processing used is method tabulation descriptive and multiple Logistic Binner regression model and attitude model Fishbein. Results study showing that an R Square value of 0.217 means that 21,7 percent of amount consumption could be explained by factors included in the model, the rest defined by other factors . by the whole, according to attitude model Fishbein, respondent chips cassava multinational more choose product B compared product A. On the whole, according to the attitude model Fishbein, respondent chips cassava UMKM tend to have a score attitude same consumer to second product for a total of 79.6.
