KEANEKARAGAMAN SERANGGA PADA PERTANAMAN KACANG PANJANG (Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis(L.) Verdc.) DILAHAN MONOKULTUR DAN TUMPANG SARI KECAMATAN INDRALAYA UTARA
Yardlong Beans (Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis (L.) Verdc.) is a vegetable that has been cultivated form long time ago and is one of consumption by Indonesian people. Monoculture is a farm business that is carried out by only planting one type of plant on a land. Intercropping is a intercropping in which more than one type any is plant at same time. This study was conducted to determine the indices of diversity, evenness, abundance, spread, cluster analysis, and insect correspondence analysis on yardlong bean plants on monoculture and intercropping land in Indralaya Utara. Sampling of insects to be observed using the diagonal method. The study was conducted for 1 week with sampling done every day, sampling using a pan trap. Insects obtained were put in a collection bottle containing a 70% alcohol solution. The Results value of the species diversity indices in long bean fields in intercropping is higher than in long bean fields in monoculture. The value of species evenness indices on monoculture land is higher than in intercropping land. While the abundance index value on monoculture land is lower than on intercropping land. The number of individual insect species has a total of 90 on monoculture land and 147 on intercropping land. The Shannon-Wienner diversity indices has a value of 1.950 on monoculture land and a value of 1.934 on intercropping land. Then the evenness indices on monoculture land has a value of 0.5023 and a value of 0.4940 on intercropping land. While the indices of insect abundance on monoculture lands obtained a value of 0.8022 and in intercropping land obtained a value of 0.8079. Based on the research results that have been identified, there are 6 orders Hemiptera, Hymenoptera, Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, Diptera, and Odonata. The order Hemiptera consists of 4 families, Rhyparochromidae, Lygaeidae, Cicadellidae, and Delphacidae. Order Hymenoptera consists of 3 families Broconidae, Ichneumonidae, and Formicidae. Order Lepidoptera consists of 4 families Acrolophidae, Noctuidae, Tineidae, and Crambidae. The order Diptera consists of 3 families, Muscidae, Tephritidae, and Drosophilidae. The order Coleoptera consists of 3 families, Curculionidae, Carabidae, and Staphylinidae. Meanwhile, the order Odonata has only one family, Libellulidae. Conclusion The indices value of insect diversity on monoculture land has a value of 1.95, while it is not much different from the value of the insect diversity indices on intercropping land which has a value of 1.93. Diversity in monoculture and intercropping land is in the moderate category. Insect evenness indices value on monoculture land has a value of 0.5023, while the indices value of insect diversity on intercropping land has a value of 0.4940. The distribution on monoculture and intercropping land is not evenly distributed. The indices value of insect abundance on monoculture land has a value of 0.8022, while the indices value of insect abundance on intercropping land has a value of 0.8079. Abundance on monoculture and intercropping area is close to 1 which indicates the moderate category. The indices of insect distribution patterns on monoculture land contained 8 species of insects with uniform patterns and 6 patterns in groups. While the pattern of distribution of insects on intercropping land there are 7 species of insects with uniform patterns and 7 species of group patterns. In the similarity between insects on monoculture land, there were 10 clusters and 4 clusters in the observation area. While the similarities between insects on intercropping land there are 13 clusters and 4 clusters in the observation area.
