Chili is a plant needed by the community both as a component of cooking seasoning. Anthracnose is a major disease of chili plants that can cause losses of up to 60% or more. This study used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) consisting of 5 treatments, namely lemongrass leaf extract, cherry, and puzzle grass with a solution concentration (0.75) while the control used aquadest. Each treatment is repeated 3 times which is applied in Vivo in the shadow house. Extracts of lemongrass, cherry, independence, and puzzle grass leaves are able to suppress the growth of the fungus C. gloeosporioides on cayenne pepper fruits. Lemongrass leaf extract with a concentration of 0.75 shows a percentage of attack on the fruit and an attack intensity on the leaves of 0%. Meanwhile, the percentage of anthracnose attacks on chili peppers given extracts of cherry leaves, free leaf, and puzzle grass at a concentration of 0.75 is sequential, namely 20.00%, 26.67%, and 20%. Leaf extracts of lemongrass, cherry, free leaf, and puzzle grass can be used in controlling anthracnose, it would be even better if it was added with information from the field.
