The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the profile of entrepreneurs and small industries of tofu in Ilir Barat I Sub District Palembang City, (2) to analyze the business financial feasibility of the small industry of tofu in Ilir Barat I Sub District Palembang City, (3) to propose business development of the small industry of tofu in Ilir Barat I Sub District Palembang City. This research has been carried out starting in June 2021. The method used was the survey method. The results of this study showed that the entrepreneurs of tofu in Ilir Barat I Sub District Palembang City were male with the age of 30 years and above, the business have been established for 6-20 years with the status of ownership of the average business owned by himself, the source of capital from his own capital, and the amount of labor consists of 8-18 people with an outpouring of working time of 8-10 hours per day and the average amount of tofu production per day as much as 9.000 tofu. Analysis of the business feasibility of the small industry of tofu in Ilir Barat I Sub District was worth working on with NPV of Rp1.593.603.043, IRR of 30%, Net B/C 13,6 and Gross B/C 1,13 with Payback Period (PP) for 1 year 1 month. Sensitivity analysis with the expected increase in cost from 5% to 10% of the small industry businesses of tofu in Ilir Barat I Sub District Palembang City is still worth trying. The business development of the small industry of tofu in Ilir Barat I Sub District Palembang City uses progressive strategy and S-O (Strength-Opportunity) strategy in the form of improving and maintaining the quality of tofu produced with a steady demand for tofu by utilizing public awareness of increased health as well as maintaining the productivity of tofu in large numbers and expanding the reach of the marketing area by utilizing the availability of transportation.
