Kissing gourami ( Helostoma temminckii ) is a freshwater fish that spreads in the tropics in Southeast Asia. However, the results of aquaculture kissing gourami production still depend on catching in the wild. Fish culture activity can occur if the fish fry supply is continuously available. Suc cess in hatching eggs is the most important factor in the fish hatchery. This study aims to determine the best pH for the hatching percentage, hatching time of kissing gourami eggs, and the survival of kissing gourami fish larvae. This research has been co nducted in laboratory from Marchthe fisheries basic April 2022. The research used a completely randomized design (CDR) which consists of five treatments and three replications, namely P0 (control pH 5.6 6.4), P1 (pH 5±0.2), P2 (pH 6±0.2), P3 (pH 7±0.2), P 4 (pH 8±0.2). The results showed that the best percentage of hatching eggs was on P3 (pH 7 ± 0.2) was 84%, and the hatching time was 994 minutes.
