ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN EVALUASI HASIL PEMBELAJARAN OLEH GURU KELAS IV SDN 44 PALEMBANG PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
This study aims (1) to describe the implementation of the evaluation of learning outcomes by grade IV teachers at SDN 44 Palembang during the Covid-19 pandemic, and (2) to describe the realm of evaluation of learning outcomes made by grade IV teachers at SDN 44 Palembang during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study has 2 samples of fourth grade teachers from the fourth grade teacher population of 3 teachers. The results showed that the evaluation at SD Negeri 44 Palembang during the Covid-19 pandemic implemented online learning using mobile phones which was carried out from home. Providing material with the help of media in the form of pictures, powerpoints, and videos and students who do not have cell phones can take materials or assignments to school. It is difficult to carry out evaluations during the Covid-19 pandemic. So that the value of students during this pandemic according to teacher A has increased and teacher B feels it has decreased. The evaluation domain at SD Negeri 44 Palembang during the COVID-19 pandemic used three domains, namely the cognitive domain, the effective domain, and the psychomotor domain. Research suggestions for teachers to use the third domain in the implementation of learning evaluation, do not use the cognitive domain but also use the affective and psychomotor domains and advice to students to increase awareness of their obligations in learning well and seriously and suggestions for students to increase awareness of their obligations in learning properly and seriously.
