STRATEGI PROBLEM FOCUSED COPING MAHASISWA YANG MENGALAMI KEJENUHAN BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
Problem focused coping is used to resolve a problem experience by an individuals and also to reduce stress or pressure. This research aim to acknowledge the strategy of problem focused coping at college student who experience learning saturation. The type of research was quantitative research with descriptive quantitative method. The population in the research were students of guidance and counseling class of 2020, with total 82 students. The sampling technique of the research used purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 71 students of guidance and counseling class of 2020 who were indetified experience learning saturation, using the guttman scale. Research data were collected using a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used percentages. The results of data analysis showed that the problem focused coping strategy of guidance and counseling students of class 2020 identified as experiencing learning saturation, obtained 22.5% (16 students) in the high category, 62% (44 students) in the Medium category, and 15.5% ( 11 students) in the low category. As of that it can be seen most of the guidance and counseling students of the class of 2020 identified as experiencing learning saturation have the ability to use problem focused coping strategies in the Medium category.
