This study aims to prove the effect of experiential learning strategies on students' learning motivation in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. This research is an experimental type of research that uses a pre-experimental design in the form of a one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were all X IIS students at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. The sample used the Cluster Random Sampling technique and class X IIS 3 was chosen as the experimental class as the sample in this study, which consisted of 36 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires, while the learning process was carried out online using zoom and whatsapp. The hypothesis uses parametric t-test sample and the results obtained tcount = 13.46 > ttable 1.993 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of experiential learning strategy on the learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. It is recommended for educators to be more creative in providing activities to students in each economic material so that students are able to better understand the economic material from the activities they experience and develop students' thinking skills.
