POLA DEGRADASI SERBUK PELEPAH SAWIT YANG DI SUPLEMENTASI VITAMIN B-KOMPLEKS SECARA IN SACCO
This study aims to determine the value of the nutritional composition of oil palm midrib powder enriched with Vitamin B-complex in oil palm midrib by in sacco. This research was carried out from February to May 2021 at the Nutrition and Animal Feed Laboratory, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications, including P0 (fresh palm midrib), P1 (palm midrib powder and Vitamin B complex 1%), P2 (palm midrib powder and Vitamin B complex 3%). ). The parameters observed included dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility, crude protein digestibility, and crude fiber digestibility. Treatment differences were analyzed with the help of SPSS software and Duncan's Test. The degradation pattern was shown by using the Microsoft Excel 2007 degradation curve. The results of this study showed that each administration of Vitamin B complex levels had a different degradation pattern and increased in each treatment and incubation period. The highest degradation was found in the administration of Vitamin B complex 1% (P1 65,02%), while the peak value of the incubation period was seen at 48 hours (52,03%).
