This study aims to determine the efforts to improve the Japanese language skills of prospective workers at LPK Mirai Jaya Indralaya. This type of qualitative descriptive research, with the form of data collection is done using interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects consisted of five people consisting of LPK Mirai Jaya managers, instructors, learning residents and alumni. The results obtained in this study are the internal efforts made by LPK Mirai Jaya in improving the Japanese language skills of prospective workers are going well. Includes education and training, as well as a learning ability test conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Japan Foundation. The results of the study illustrate the mastery of JLPT N5. External efforts made by learning residents to support the efforts that have been made by the manager of LPK Mirai Jaya, namely competence, activeness, and Japanese language skills.
