This research aim to describe student responses to etnhomathematics based learning mathematics with context of Palembang Jumputan cloth. This research is a descriptive study with the subject were student of SMP Negeri 41 Palembang. The results of this study indicate that ethnomathematics based mathematics learning with the context of the Palembang Jumputan cloth on the flat rhombus material get average results to aspect of feeling happy or unhappy of 50, aspect of interested or not of 51, aspect of new lesson or not of 50.5, and aspect interested or not of 52.25. These four aspect are at very positive response intervals.
