This study aims to obtain information about the profile of the biology laboratory in terms of the completeness and suitability of the biology laboratory facilities and infrastructure at the State Senior High School in Tanggamus Regency, Lampung based on Permendiknas No. 24 of 2007. The research method used is descriptive method. Research subjects are determined by purposive sampling technique or research sample determination techniques with certain considerations. The research subjects were five public high schools in Tanggamus Regency, Lampung. Data collection techniques used observations in biology laboratories in five public high schools in Tanggamus Regency, Lampung. The results showed that the completeness and suitability of the biological laboratory's advice and infrastructure based on the infrastructure aspect got a percentage of 100% in the very good category, the furniture aspect got a percentage of 68.56% in the good category, the teaching aid aspect got a percentage of 58.40% in the pretty good category. , aspects of experimental tools and materials get a percentage of 57.77% with a fairly good category, aspects of educational media get a percentage of 100% with a very good category, aspects of consumables get a percentage of 52.30% in a fairly good category, and other equipment aspects get a percentage of 72% with a good category. So the completeness and suitability of the advice and infrastructure of the biology laboratory at the State Senior High School in Tanggamus Regency, Lampung based on the aspects listed in Permendiknas No. 24 of 2007 got an average of 72.72% with good category.
