THIS STUDY IS A RESEARCH USING DESCRIPTIVE QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH METHODS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO DESCRIBE THE OBSTACLES FACED BY TEACHERS AND SOLUTIONS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THEMATIC LEARNING. THIS RESEARCH WAS CONDUCTED AT SD NEGERI 1 JEBUS, WEST BANGKA REGENCY. THE DATA COLLECTION TECHNIQUES USED WERE OBSERVATION, INTERVIEWS. , QUESTIONNAIRES (QUESTIONNAIRE), AND DOCUMENTATION. THE RESULTS OF THIS STUDY CAN BE CONCLUDED THAT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THEMATIC LEARNING IS CARRIED OUT OFFLINE WITH THE DISTRIBUTION OF SHIFTS THAT HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED BY THE SCHOOL AND IN ITS IMPLEMENTATION THERE ARE STILL MANY OBSTACLES EXPERIENCED BY TEACHERS, NAMELY OBSTACLES TO ASKING QUESTIONS SO THAT THEY CAN PROVOKE STUDENTS' CURIOSITY ABOUT THE MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN STUDIED. 58.3%. THEN THE TEACHER'S OBSTACLE IN DELIVERING SUBJECT MATTER CLEARLY AND SYSTEMATICALLY WAS 58.3%. TEACHER'S OBSTACLE IN CARRYING OUT THE DELIVERY OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES ACCORDING TO THE CHARACTERISTICS OF STUDENTS WAS 66.7%. THEN THE TEACHER'S OBSTACLES IN USING LEARNING METHODS THAT VARY BY 75%. THE SOLUTIONS PROVIDED BY THE TEACHER ARE APPLYING WORD IN QUESTIONS, FORMING TEAM WORK FOR PREPARATION TO IMPLEMENTATION, KNOWING ONE BY ONE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF STUDENTS, AND TEACHER REPRODUCE REFERENCES ABOUT LEARNING METHODS.
