This study aims to determine the composition of the topic distribution and the Cognitive Level of the Cambridge IGCSE Biology Questions. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique from this study used documentation with a total of 1,332 Biology questions from Cambridge IGCSE Paper 3 and Paper 4 2016-2018 for the period May-June and October-November. The results showed that the composition of the cognitive level of the analyzed questions varied from Remembering (C1), Understanding (C2), Applying (C3), Analyzing (C4) with a consecutive percentage of 65%; 29%; 4.7%; 1.4%. Thus, it means that the Cambridge IGCSE Paper 3 and Paper 4 Biology Questions 2016-2018 period May-June and October-November dominantly measure the mastery of low-level cognitive processes, namely Remembering (C1) and Understanding (C2).
