SURVEI KEJENUHAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 2 BABAT SUPAT SAAT BELAJAR DI RUMAH
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the school learning system into distance learning that connects students with teachers only using the internet network and the reduced interaction between the two, this can cause academic burnout. This study aims to get an overview of academic burnout as a whole as well as by gender (male) male / female) in class VIII SMPN 2 Babat Supat. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey design. The sample in this study was 106 students who were determined by random sampling technique (random) in a population of 146 class VIII students of SMPN 2 Babat Supat. The data collection technique used the academic burnout scale. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula. The results showed that 35% (37) students experienced academic burnout in the High category and followed by 25% (26) Very High, 21% (22) Medium, 17% (18) Low, 3% (3) Very Low, and the male students were mostly in the high category by 33% of 17 students and 37% of 20 students. Based on these results, it is suggested to teachers and schools so that learning is carried out in a more creative and innovative way so that it is not monotonous and reduces the burden of giving excessive questions to catch up on lagging material.
