Porang is a tuber plant that is being popularly discussed, has a high selling value and a promising market that can certainly support farmers' income. To find out at the field level, it is necessary to conduct research on farmers' perceptions of porang nursery farming and its contribution to income. This research aims to; (1) Analyzing farmers' perceptions of porang nursery farming on the sidelines of rubber at P4S Karya Tani Tanjung Batu Ogan Ilir, (2) Analyzing the relationship between farmers' perceptions and farmers' incomes at P4S Karya Tani Tanjung Batu Ogan Ilir. This research was conducted in Tanjung Batu Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The selection of this location was chosen purposively or deliberately. Data collection at the research location was carried out from November to December 2021. The research method used was a survey method. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. From this research shows that; (1) The results of the calculation of the perception of rubber farmers towards porang nursery farming are described by the knowledge indicator with the category agreeing, the attitude indicator with the category strongly agreeing, and the skill indicator with the criteria strongly agreeing (2) The perception of farmers has no significant relationship with the income of the porang nursery farm, (3) The average net income of porang nursery farming is Rp 1,725,866.70/lg/mt in planting season 1 and Rp 5,275,733.40/lg/mt in planting season 2.
