This research aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer made from waste tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) on the growth of Kailan (Brassica oleracea L.) The research method used was an experimental method with a completely randomized design consisting of five treatments and five replications. The treatment consisted of P0 (control), P1 (15%), P2 (30%), P3 (45%), P4 (60%). Data were analyzed by ANOVA followed by the duncan real distance difference test. The result showed that the application of liquid fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth of kailan plants. The best growth was obtained in the P3 with a fertilizer concentration of 45% with plant height (41.14 cm), number of leaves (14.4 strands), wet weight of shoots (34.38 grams), dry weight of shoots (2.94 grams), wet weight roots (3.12 grams) and root dry weight (0.64 grams). The results of this research can be utilized on biological learning in class XII on Basic Competencies 3.1 about Explain the influence of internal and external factors on the growth and Growth and Development development of Living Things that are donated in the form of teaching material in the form of student worksheets.
