ANALISIS FUNGSI PEMASARAN DAN SALURAN PEMASARAN KOPI ROBUSTA DI DESA RINDU HATI KECAMATAN GUMAY ULU KABUPATEN LAHAT
Lahat Regency is one of the largest coffee producers in Indonesia, which is precisely located in South Sumatra Province. The objectives of this study are (1) to discribe the marketing process and the function of the robusta coffee marketing channel in Rindu Hati Village Gumay Ulu District Lahat, 2) to analyze the marketing margins and marketing benefits of the robusta coffee marketing channel Rindu Hati Village Gumay Ulu District Lahat, 3) Analyzing the efficiency of robusta coffee marketing channels Rindu Hati Village Gumay Ulu District Lahat. Data collection was carried out in February 2022 in Rindu Hati Village. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling method, namely by tracing the robusta coffee channel in the research area. The total number of samples is 35 sample farmers and 7 marketing institutions. The data taken in this study include primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the marketing channel for robusta coffee in Rindu Hati Village Gumay Ulu District Lahat used three marketing channels, namely: I) Farmers – Consumers, II) Farmers – Wholesalers – Consumers, and III) Farmers – Collectors – Wholesalers – Consumers . The marketing margin for marketing channel II is Rp3.000 and the marketing margin for marketing channel III is Rp2.000. Marketing efficiency in marketing channel I is 1,76 percent and marketing efficiency in marketing channel is 7,63 percent. Based on the efficiency values in both marketing, it can be concluded that the marketing channel for robusta coffee in Rindu Hati Village Gumay Ulu District Lahat is efficient.
