The high price of feed results in a lack of public interest in developing their business because the profits obtained are less than the maximum and can even be a loss. The aims of this study were to: (1) calculate the costs and income of the tilapia rearing business using a biofloc system with azolla supplementary food in Pulau Panggung Village, Semende Darat Laut District, Muara Enim Regency, and (2) Analyze the profit level of tilapia cultivation using biofloc system with azolla supplementary food in Pulau Panggung Village in the past year. Semende Darat Laut Sub-district, Muara Enim Regency. Data collection has been carried out in December 2021. The method used in this research is the case study method. The sampling method used in this study was a purposive method with the number of samples used, namely the enlargement of tilapia M. Idris Aqua Fams using 16 biofloc system ponds with azolla supplementary food in Pulau Panggung Village, Semende Darat Laut District, Muara Enim Regency. The data obtained consisted of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: (1) The costs incurred to carry out a tilapia rearing business using a biofloc system in Pulau Panggung Village in one year amounted to Rp.68.088.100,00 which consisted of fixed costs of Rp.34.601.500,00, variable costs of Rp.39.054.600,00 and depreciation expense of Rp17,009.500,00. The revenue earned is Rp176.40.000,00/year and the income is Rp. 102.743.900.00/year, (2) Based on the results of the R/C Ratio value greater than one (R/C Ratio > 1), the B value /C Ratio is greater than 1 (B/C Ratio > 1). Thus, the business of rearing tilapia using a biofloc system with azolla supplementary food provides benefits and is feasible to run in the future.
