Ultisol is a ordo of soil that is widely used for plant cultivation, one of which is chili plants. However, Ultisol has problems with infertile soil conditions ranging from soil reaction (pH) Ultisol < 5.5 (slightly acidic criterion), high aluminum concentration, low organic matter content, KB base saturation < 35%. So that efforts are needed by using techniques such as liming, fertilizing and managing organic matter. The combination of biological fertilizers combined with inorganic fertilizers can create soil conditions (physical, chemical and biological properties) that are well maintained. This study aims to determine the effect of PSOC application and inorganic fertilizer dosage on NPK nutrient levels and uptake of plant tissues and to find out how to apply PSOC and inorganic fertilizer doses that can increase NPK nutrient levels and uptake of red chili (Capsicum annuum L.) plant tissue grown in Ultisol in the Experimental Garden of FP Unsri. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra, from August 2021 to December 2021. This study used an experiment in the form of a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 9 levels of treatment. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so there were 27 experimental units. The research data were analyzed using ANOVA at the 5% level and further tested with the BNT test. The results showed that the application of PSOC with various doses of inorganic fertilizer on the levels of N, P, and K of chili plants had a significant effect on K uptake of chili plants. Application of PSOC to seeds (seed treatment) with a concentration of 100 ppm and watered on the soil as much as 12 L ha-1 was a treatment that was able to increase the N, P, and K uptake of plants
