The purpose of this study is to analyze body posture when pressing bread dough and work risk based on scores using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method as well as to determine the effect of temperature and humidity in the worker's room. The Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method is a method used to analyze body postures such as the neck, back, upper arms, forearms, legs, and wrists. This study also carried out measurements of Body Mass Index (BMI) which was applied to determine the nutritional condition of the workers, as well as anthropometric measurements to determine the body dimensions of the workers. The Nordic Body Map table is used to find out the pain complaints of the workers where between the two workers many have complaints of pain in the same body part but there is a level of difference between workers 1 and 2 in the back and waist where worker 2 has a higher level of pain. From the results of the study, worker 1 had a lower REBA score than worker 2, namely worker 1 had a REBA score of 6 and worker 2 had a REBA score of 9. The results of measuring temperature and humidity in the worker's room have met the health requirements in the workspace.
