UJI KINERJA BAJAK SINGKAL YANG DILAPISI ZINCALUME DENGAN VARIASI SUDUT KELENGKUNGAN SINGKAL DAN KECEPATAN KERJA TERHADAP PENGOLAHAN TANAH ULTISOL
The research objective was to determine test of the Performance Test of Curvature Moldboard Plow Coated by Zincalume with Various Working Speed on Ultisol Soil Tillage. The method used was Factorial Randomized Block Design which consist two treatment factors, namely the angle of curvature of the plow (A) and the working speed (B). Each factor consists of three levels of treatment. The treatment level for the angle of curvature consisted of the angle of curvature 120ᵒ, 130ᵒ, and 140ᵒ while the treatment level for the working speed of the plow consisted of a working speed of 2 km/hour, a working speed of 3 km/hour, and a working speed of 4 km/hour. The results showed that the angle of curvature of the moldboard and the working speed of the plow significantly affected the yield of ultisol soil tillage, with the combination treatment of the angle of curvature of the moldboard 140ᵒ and the speed of 4 km/hour producing the lowest average soil stickiness of 76,11g while the combination of treatment with the angle of curvature of 120ᵒ and a speed of 4km/hour resulted in an average moldboard working depth , height of plowed soil (cm), moldboard cutting width , and the highest inverted land width was 12,33 cm, 11,33cm, 20,00 cm, and 21.67cm, respectively.
