This study aims to determine the dose of quail manure fertilizer on growth and yield of Brassica juncea L. carried out from October to November 2021. This research was conducted on Talang Kelapa, South Sumatera (2˚55’16.4”S 104˚40’23.6”E). This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with six treatments and three replications. The treatments consisted of P0 control (without quail manure fertilizer) ; P1 with 150 grams/polybag of quail manure fertilizer ; P2 with 300 grams/polybag quail manure fertilizer ; P3 with 450 grams/polybag of quail manure fertilizer ; P4 with 600 grams/polybag quail manure fertilizer ; P5 with 750 grams/polybag quail manure fertilizer. Parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), leaf number, shoot fresh weight (g), root fresh weight (g), shoot dry weight (g), root dry weight (g), leaf greeness, and leaf area (cm2). The results showed that 600 g/polybag dose of quail manure fertilizer was the best treatment on growth and yield of Brassica juncea L. based on the parameter of plant height with 37.11 g, leaf number with 12.33, shoot fresh weight with 165.70 g, root fresh weight with 8.01 g, shoot dry weight with 10.55, root dry weight with 1.00 g, greeness level with 28.38, and leaf area with 580.68 cm2.
