PERSEPSI PENYANDANG DISABILITAS TERHADAP PELAYANAN TRANSPORTASI LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT (LRT) DI KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the Perception of Persons with Disabilities to LRT Transportation Services in Palembang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 100 people and used an accidental sampling technique with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples in this study became 73. Documentation, questionnaires and interviews as data collection techniques. , emphary, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and customer satisfaction it can be seen from the average score of the five theories of service quality, namely based on tangibles 85%, empathy 83%, reliability 82% responsive 82%, assurance 82%, customer satisfaction 88% and an average of 84% so it can be proven that the results of the study show positive criteria regarding LRT transportation services that have met the criteria for transportation that are friendly to persons with disabilities and the ability of LRT to provide the best services can be felt directly by persons with disabilities.
