PENGARUH PENGENALAN LAPANGAN PERSEKOLAHAN (PLP) TERHADAP KESIAPAN MENJADI GURU PROFESIONAL MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA TAHUN AKADEMIK 2018
This study aims to prove whether there is an effect of the introduction of the school field on thw readiness to become a profesisional teacher for economic education students in the 2018 academic year. The data collection technique used is in the form of a questionnaire. The validity of the instrument was carried out using Producet Moment Correlation formula and the reliability test using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The sample in this study were all students of Economic Education FKIP Srwijaya University in the 2018 academic year, totaling 72 people. The data analysis technique in this study used the results of a questionnare made by the researcher. The results showed that there was an effect of School Field Introduction (PLP) on readiness to become a professional teacher for Economic Education students FKIP Sriwijaya University. This is indicated by the magnitude of the calculation results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test). The result of tcount are greater than ttable (9,589 ≥ 1,66691). Introduction to the School Field (PLP) affects readiness to become a professional teacher, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (r2) obtained a result of 0,6780, indicating that the readiness to become a professional teacher at the Economic Education students of FKIP Sriwijaya University in the 2018 academic year was influenced by 67,8% by Introduction to the School Field (PLP), while the remaining 32,2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
