The data was taken from medical records (secondary data) of the females. Result: Total of the respondents are 1329 females. Prevalence of OCP usage is 9,6%, OCP is the second most contraception choosen by the females. From bivariate analysis, there are 3 variables influencing the use of OCP: number ofliving children (p=0,000) and health insurance (p=0,002). From multivariate analysis, the dominant factor is number of living children (p=0,000; OR=3,085; 95%CI=2,047-4,648). Conclusion: Prevalence of OCP user is high among the females, which signify that the promotion effort of the more effective and permanent methods (long term methods) is needed, especially for the pill acceptor who is more than 35 years old and has enough children (1-2 person).
