HUBUNGAN ANTARA LAMA KETUBAN PECAH DINI DAN LUARAN JANIN DI BAGIAN OBSTETRI DAN GINEKOLOGI RSUP DR MOHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG TAHUN 2010
Background: premature rupture of Membranes (PROM) is rupture of the membranes prior to any signs of labor. KPD is one of the causes of neonatal asphyxia and infections that can improve perinatal mortality and morbidity. Apgar scores, leukocytes, CRP is one way to assess the postnatal conditions that reflect the vital functions on fetal outcomes. Purpose: Knowing the relationship between the incidence of premature rupture of membranes and fetal outcomes in section obsterics and gynecology. Dr Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang in 2010. Methods: This type of research uses descriptive analytical study design with cross-sectional design. Research carried out by looking at secondary data (medical records). The amount of sample can be calculated by the formula developed by Snedecor and Cochran. Chi-Square test is used to test the hypothesis of a relationship and know the risks (odds ratios). Results: During the study period there were 174 respondents, statistical test for leukocytes with Chi-Square test Odds Ratio (OR) and Confidence Intervals 183.343 (Cl) 95% and p value 0.000, for 1 minute Apgar score obtained Odds Ratio (OR) 0, 73 and Confidence Interval (Cl) 95% while the p value 0.002, the second 5-minute Apgar score Odds Ratio (OR) 0.177, and Confidence Intervals (Cl) 95%, whereas the results obtained p value 0.165. Conclusion: Between old premature rupture of membranes and the leukocytes interconnected as well as the Apgar score one minute first. And there is no relationship between duration of membrane rupture early and the second 5-minute Apgar score.
